Current Opportunities Include:

🔹 Account Manager / CSR (Personal or Commercial Lines)

• Handle renewals, policy changes, and client inquiries

• Build long-term client relationships

• Process endorsements, COIs, claims support, and billing questions

• No cold calling

🔹 Producer / Sales Agent (Warm Leads Available in Some Agencies)

• Prospect new clients and close new business

• Present policy options & coverage solutions

• Build your book with agency support

• Uncapped commission potential

These are full-time, in-office roles with reputable, established agencies—not high-pressure boiler rooms.

What You Bring:

• Active Texas P&C License (or ability to obtain within 2–3 weeks of an offer)

• Experience in a P&C agency environment (sales or service)

• Strong communication & customer-facing skills

• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced office

• Familiarity with systems like EZLynx, HawkSoft, AMS360, or Applied EPIC (a plus, not required)

Compensation & Perks:

💵 $50,000–$75,000+ depending on experience & role
