Are you organized, detail-focused, and great at coordinating information and people? This Community Manager role is a fantastic opportunity to support a local client by managing communication, documentation, and administrative operations for residential associations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, vendors, and internal team members
Help coordinate board meetings, prepare agendas, meeting packets, and follow-up actions
Maintain and update homeowner records, association files, and documentation
Manage email and phone communications with professionalism and clarity
Monitor schedules, tasks, and document deadlines to support association needs
Review reports and help track financial documentation for accuracy
Support administrative requests from the Board of Directors and office team
Help ensure organized processes and strong communication across departments
Strong administrative and customer service experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Comfort using computers, business software, and maintaining accurate records
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Professional, dependable, and proactive work ethic
$20/hour
Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
