Quality Control Manager

 

 

Shift: 1st
Pay: $60-80k/yr BOE
Where: East side of Indianapolis

Direct hire

 

Duties:

• Work directly with Owner and Director of Operations to create a quality driven environment from the top down
• Responsible for ensuring all Gage Calibrations are up to date and being performed
• Physical inspection of parts with hand measuring equipment
• Create inspection plans for new and existing product as deemed necessary
• First Article Inspection documentation when required
• Prepare documentation for customer process approvals
• Review and sign off on POs, vender certifications, and shipment paperwork
• Update routing information within ERP system as needed
• Handle supplier non-conformance issues
• Respond to customer non-conformances
• Work with third party quality systems company to ensure AS9100 standards compliance

Qualifications:

• Ability to program/operate Coordinate Measuring Machine a big plus
• Quality Control in aerospace industry experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience with CNC machine programming and maintenance 
• Desire to stay with growing company long term
