Salary: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Express is seeking Material Handling/Heavy Equipment Operators for our client’s brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Augusta, GA. Join them as a direct hire with excellent pay, stable shifts, and strong growth potential.

Schedule: One Team will be Sunday thru Thursday. One Team will be Tuesday thru Saturday.

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM. (5 days a week)
• 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM. (5 days a week)

What You’ll Do

As a Material Handling Operator, you’ll support our Logistics Team by:

Operating Heavy Equipment

• Safely operating heavy equipment (forklifts, wheel loaders, and excavators)
• Loading/unloading trucks and moving materials throughout the plant
• Blending materials, preparing loads, and maintaining clean, orderly workspaces

Warehouse & Inventory Duties

• Receiving, labeling, and storing materials
• Tracking all materials in computerized systems
• Conducting physical counts, weighing, tagging, scanning, and data entry
• Supporting finished and intermediate goods operations

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of warehouse/logistics experience
• Heavy equipment experience (forklift, wheel loader, and excavator)
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Strong safety mindset & attention to detail
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, business systems)
• Ability to work shift schedules
• Pass a background and drug screen
• Follow written and verbal instruction
• Lift 75+ pounds
