Full Time, Day Shift

We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Shop Foreman to lead and support a busy, full-service medium–heavy duty truck shop. This role blends hands-on technical work with leadership and supervision, ensuring the shop runs efficiently, safely, and produces high-quality work.

What You’ll Do:

Supervision & Leadership

• Oversee day-to-day shop operations, workflow, and scheduling
• Motivate and guide technicians to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Lead, coach, and train Service Technicians
• Perform quality control checks on completed work
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive shop environment
• Communicate repair status and job timelines with customers

Hands-On Technical Work

• Diagnose and repair electrical systems
• Troubleshoot and maintain hydraulic systems
• General mechanical repairs on medium–heavy duty trucks
• Fabricate, weld, cut, and form metal (10 gauge to 1")
• Install and maintain electrical and hydraulic components
• Work on PTO systems, liftgates, air compressors, and cranes
• Follow build specifications accurately
• Complete quality checks on your work and supervise QC for all tech work

Qualifications

• 5+ years in medium–heavy duty truck repair
• Full hands-on capability in all service technician duties
• Experience in hydraulics, fabrication, mechanical work, and electrical systems
• Prior lead tech or supervisory experience preferred
• Lead-by-example attitude: calm, dependable, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
