Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $21–$22 per hour, DOE

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for managing customer accounts, processing payments, and ensuring accurate financial records.

Responsibilities:

• Post and reconcile customer payments
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices
• Maintain accurate AR records and reports
• Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries

Requirements:

• Previous AR or accounting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in basic accounting software and Excel
