Inside Sales RepresentativeLocation: Waltham, MA (On-site, 5 days/week)Compensation: $70,000–$90,000/year
Our client, a wellness services and products company specializing in personalized health solutions, is seeking an Inside Sales professional to build strong client relationships and support business growth. This role focuses on communication, strategy, and partnership to drive results in a mission-focused, health-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Build and expand client and partner relationships.
Develop sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and agreements.
Analyze market and client data to support growth.
Act as a liaison and advocate for clients to internal teams.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product to deliver solutions.
Assist with budgeting and tracking related sales expenses.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years of inside sales, business development, or client relations experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Understanding of business operations and market trends.
Experience in pharmacy, compounding, hormone replacement therapies, or related health/wellness industries (preferred).
