Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, skilled Handyman to assist with small construction projects, property maintenance, and general repairs. This role requires a hands-on approach, versatility across trades, and the ability to safely lift, move, and work for extended periods standing or walking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general property maintenance, repairs, and small construction tasks

• Work with drywall, carpentry, and other trades as needed

• Assist with moving materials, lifting, and setting up work areas

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner

• Report any issues or repair needs promptly

Qualifications:

• Experience in carpentry, drywall, or other construction trades preferred

• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
