The ideal candidate:

Must be able to type 40-45 wpm with at least 90% accuracy

Comfortable on the phone, with great customer service skills and bubbly phone voice

The typical day includes, taking 100 inbound and outbound calls - lasting 2-3 minutes each to collect info about vehicles and occupants including name, phone number, color, make model, year, VIN Number
