We are seeking a Seasonal Administrative Assistant to join our team during tax season. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients as they arrive at the office.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
• Schedule appointments, confirm next-day appointments, and notify tax clients when their returns are ready for pickup.
• Pull tax files for scheduled appointments and print necessary documents.
• Perform filing and maintain organized records.
• Assist with tax return and audit report assembly as time permits.
• Complete other general office tasks as needed.
