Shipping/Rec/Engraving Clerk

Located in Oakdale, MN

Salary: $20.00

This is great opportunity to join the jewelry industry. They will be working closely with different departments and would be required to assist with them when necessary. Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Shipping, Packaging and Receiving.
• Quality Control
• Returns
• Order shipping supplies
• Order Updates
• Make changes to as requested by the customer
• Relay customer information billing and manufacturing departments.
• Engraving/Etching
• Scheduling Orders.
• Talk with customers primarily via emails, phone and in person
• General housekeeping

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Experience with MS Office.
• MUST have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment
• Prioritize effectively, and possess a strong attention to detail.
• Work independently and as a team.
• Adapt to the ever-changing requirements of a small business.
• International shipping a plus
