Hours: Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 1:00am
Pay: $22.00/HR
Duties:
Load and unload parts onto the paint line to support production flow
Ensure quality and packaging meet customer specifications and standards
Attach and remove hooks from the paint line efficiently and safely
Apply masking materials to protect designated surfaces during painting or finishing processes
Install PEM nuts and weld nuts onto components with proper placement and secure attachment (no setup required)
Move materials as needed to maintain smooth production operations
Receive training in painting techniques and processes to build skill and expertise
Perform additional tasks as assigned to support overall operations
Qualifications:
Proven safety and quality record in a manufacturing or production environment
Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented with strong communication skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Willingness to learn new processes and techniques through training
