Custom Production Machinery | SolidWorks & Inventor | 3-5 Years Experience

What You'll Do:

• Design custom production machinery from concept to final design
• Create 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD
• Perform engineering calculations and tolerance analysis
• Select mechanical components and materials
• Collaborate with electrical, controls, and manufacturing teams
• Support build, testing, and commissioning phases

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5-10 years experience in mechanical design for custom machinery/automation
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, Inventor, and AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, GD&T
• Project management and deadline management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities

Preferred:

• Pneumatic and hydraulic systems experience
• Fabrication and machining process knowledge
• Machine safety standards and ergonomic design familiarity
