Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated Internet Sales Representative for a growing company in the Cookeville area! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with customers online, responding quickly to leads, and helping drive sales through excellent digital communication.
Respond to online inquiries through email, website forms, and social media
Communicate with customers to provide product details, quotes, and follow-up
Maintain and update online listings and inventory information
Use CRM systems to track leads and customer interactions
Provide excellent customer service to convert leads into sales
Coordinate with internal sales and service teams
Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
Strong written communication and quick response time
Familiarity with online sales platforms and basic computer skills
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and reliability
Full-time position
