Plant Manager

Located in Hanover, PA

Salary: $25-$30 DOE

Hours: M-F. 7am-3:30pm. Must be flexible and open to OT

             

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee daily operations within a cabinetry manufacturing facility. This role requires a deep understanding of all components involved in cabinet production, including materials, construction methods, workflow processes, and quality standards. The Plant Manager will ensure full compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations while promoting a safe, efficient, and well-organized work environment.

 

Responsibilities include supervising all plant employees, ensuring adherence to established procedures, and maintaining thorough knowledge of every operational process on the production floor. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership, implement best practices, and maintain high levels of productivity, quality, and safety throughout the facility.
