What You’ll Do

  • Daily AP/AR entry, posting, coding, and batching
  • Process invoices + 3-way match
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Support month-end close and maintain organized files
  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams

What You Bring

  • AP/AR/Accounting Clerk experience
  • Proficiency with Outlook & Excel
  • Strong accuracy, organization, and communication
