The quench manufacturing process is a rapid cooling method used to harden and strengthen metals, primarily by heating a metal to a high temperature and then rapidly cooling it in a medium like water, oil, or air. This rapid cooling, called quenching, changes the material's microstructure to increase hardness and strength of metals.
1st and 2nd shift available in Oxnard.
