Job Summary:

Express Employment is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to support daily operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves receiving, organizing, picking, and shipping hose products, fittings, and related materials. You’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate, timely delivery to our customers while maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store inbound materials (hoses, fittings, tools, etc.)

• Pick and prepare orders for shipment or customer pickup

• Use forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move inventory

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

• Assist with inventory counts and restocking

• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

• Communicate with team leads and other departments to fulfill orders efficiently

• Load/unload trucks and handle shipping documentation as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or industrial supply experience preferred

• Basic math and measurement skills

• Forklift experience or willingness to become certified

• Ability to use hand tools and basic mechanical knowledge a plus

• Basic computer skills (for inventory tracking and order processing)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs regularly

• Standing, walking, bending, and climbing throughout the shift

• Comfortable working in a warehouse setting (exposed to outdoor temperatures, noise, and dust)
