Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of industrial equipment, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, and performing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical systems, including pumps, motors, compressors, and control systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain and repair heating equipment, including furnaces and burners.
• Work closely with production staff to minimize equipment downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and controls.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Education & Certifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical technology, or a related field preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
• Capability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in varying conditions, including exposure to heat, noise, and confined spaces.
