Route Manager (Coffee Service)

 

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Develops an account level incremental sales plan with local Company management; track performance and increase profitability (Owners Business Plan).
  • Coordinates efforts to improve the customer retention and client experience at the point of sale.
  • Builds retail pricing opportunities and encourage repeat sales (Best Practices), and introduce new products to increase revenue.
  • Drives compliance to merchandising standards.
  • Assesses performance by location through audit reports (Quarterly District Evaluations).
  • Is customer facing + performs route supervision

 

Preferred Qualifications:  

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Must be able to travel to client sites locally.
  • Must be passionate about providing world class service to our clients and customers.
  • Coffee / refreshment industry experience preferred.
