About the role
The Support Technician is responsible for implementing and maintaining hardware and software on the network and at the PC stations. They are accountable for maintaining the security systems, telephone systems and peripherals, keeping all systems up and running. Works well with different levels of management and plant supervisors as well as employees.
Perform all duties in accordance with our mission to provide the finest quality and most unique innovative products, while ensuring high overall consumer satisfaction. Employees are expected to demonstrate consistent attendance, a high level of safety, quality consciousness, an attitude of continuous improvement, attention to the cleanliness of the shop and buildings and the ability to work as a team in your department and company-wide.
What you will be doing
About you
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience:Two to Three years related experience
Skills/Abilities: Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, with personnel from all departments. Computer literacy and excellent organizational skills
