Groundskeeper needed to perform cleaning duties at a senior living complex and another apartment complex next door. The hours will be from 8:30am-5pm with a one hour lunch Monday-Friday. Job duties include picking up trash around the complexes, cleaning the pools and pool houses. Will also be collecting trash bags from outside the residents doors at the seniors complex and taking them to the dumpster. A golf cart with a trailer can be used for that job. Will also be pressure washing along with light makeready duties. Pay is $15.00.
