Maintenance Mechanic Lead-3rd Shift

Located in Pleasant Prairie, WI

Salary: 30.00-40.00 BOE

The Maintenance Lead will be responsible for implementing and maintaining plant equipment, systems, and other fixed assets to a high standard of safety, quality and productivity at the lowest possible cost.  In addition, while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, this role will provide leadership and direction to the second shift maintenance team.

 

 Requirements:

• GED or high school diploma is required

• Valid Driver’s License  

• Technical certificates preferred, include but are not limited to:
  • PLCs/VFDs
  • Mechanical systems
  • Electrical systems
• 5+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience within a high-speed production environment
• Ability to work an off-shift work schedule that includes weekends
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation coverage including nights and weekends
• Ability to use fabrication equipment (Mill, Lathe, etc.)
• Ability to read and use electrical schematics
• Ability to troubleshoot PLCs utilizing ladder logic
• 3+ years of lead experience of a team of 4 or more.
• Basic computer literacy, including skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
