We’re seeking a Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to join our dynamic electronic recycling company in Holliston, Massachusetts. If you’re motivated, organized, and ready to grow with a company that’s making a real environmental impact, we’d love to meet you.

Pay Rate $20.00 to $24.00 (based on experience) 

Shift : Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

 

Responsibilities:

• Keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
• Overseeing all inbound and outbound shipments of electronic materials
• Managing and optimizing warehouse inventory accuracy
• Leading and mentoring a team of recycling and logistics professionals
• Ensuring safe handling and secure transportation of all electronic items
• Tracking shipments and maintaining accurate shipping and receiving records
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Previous experience in shipping and receiving, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and shipping software
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
