Salary: up to $70k

We are in need of a Millwork Estimator on a Direct Hire basis. You should have a minimum of 3 years experience in millwork estimating, and knowledge of cabinet making. Salary is up to $70k.

 

• Review architectural plans to develop accurate, detailed cost estimates.
• Prepare clear bid proposals and RFP responses, outlining scope assumptions and requirements.
• Evaluate materials, labor, and production costs; source vendor pricing and identify cost-saving options.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, architects, and internal teams to clarify needs and address questions.
• Update estimates and change orders throughout the project to align with budgets and schedules.
• Maintain organized documentation, including proposals, historical pricing, vendor info, and material records.
• Work closely with project managers and production teams to verify labor and material needs for complex projects.
• Utilize estimating software, strong math skills, and industry knowledge to ensure accuracy and meet deadlines.
