  Who We’re Looking For

  We are open to candidates who bring tax preparation experience or an accounting education/background. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, comfortable working with financial documents, and enjoy helping clients navigate the tax process.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Assist tax preparers with documentation, organization, and client follow-up

  • Gather and verify financial information

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service

  • Support data entry, scanning, filing, and general office tasks

  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all work

  Preferred Qualifications

  • Active Tax Prep License (or experience assisting with taxes)

  • OR an Accounting degree or relevant coursework

  • Strong computer and data entry skills

  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during peak season
