A cement manufacturing company in the city of La Mirada is looking for a Production Lead Weekend Shift to join the team for the weekend shift.  Production Lead Weekend Shift Responsibilities:

• Perform heavy lifting tasks to move materials and products throughout the production area.
• Operate forklifts and other machinery safely and efficiently.
• Load materials into machines according to production requirements.
• Follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
• Palletize bags of cement and finished products for storage and shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.
• Previous leadership experience, 2 years trainer/lead responsibilities. 

  Production Lead Weekend Shift Requirements: 

• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow production procedures.
• Comfortable working in a dusty environment (breathing mask will be provided).
• Ability to lift heavy materials up to 45 lbs.
