Recruit & Build a Talent Bench: Interview and maintain a pool of qualified associates ready for placement.
Match People to Opportunities: Take high-quality job orders, assess fit, and move quickly to fill roles.
Drive Daily Activity: Engage in consistent outreach to current and new clients to uncover openings and put people to work.
Operate with Excellence: Follow Express processes, employment laws, and best practices to ensure success and compliance.
