Duties

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed.
• Apply paint using various methods to achieve desired finishes.
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively during the painting process.
• Add clear coats to specialized finishes to enhance durability and weather resistance of signage.
• Conduct quality checks on painted surfaces to ensure they meet specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Skills

• Experience in auto painting, construction painting, or warehouse environments is preferred.
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment as necessary.
• Familiarity with materials handling practices to ensure safe transport of items being painted.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
