Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Property Maintenance Technician to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have a background in property maintenance, excellent problem-solving skills, commitment to providing outstanding service, and willingness to learn new trades.

 

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs
• Address tenant maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify issues
• Assist with move-in and move-out inspections
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
• Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of general repair work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license
