Are you located in McCall or can easily commute/reside there temporarily? Our client located in McCall, ID is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Technician to join their team!

 

Job Summary:

As a Property Maintenance Technician you will assist with the maintenance of the complex and provide exemplary customer service during the course of your duties. This will be a temporary position, projected for up to two months. 

 

Pay:

$23.00/hour

 

Schedule:

M-F 9am-4pm and on-call response to emergency maintenance requests

 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the property in a professional manner by providing high quality maintenance service
• Ensure that all vacant units are “rent-ready" within 3 days, performing painting and repairs as necessary
• Perform maintenance and preventative maintenance including basic plumbing, electrical work, and landscaping
• Respond to after-hours 'emergency' calls. Respond to work orders within 24 hours of receiving them

 

Qualifications:

• Demonstrable experience with basic electrical, carpentry, appliance installation & repair, plumbing, HVAC, and landscaping
• Have exceptional customer service and attention to detail
• Be highly motivated and have positive attitude
• Able to prioritize tasks, follow- up, and follow through
• Adhere to safety policy and procedures
• Familiarity with Fair Housing Laws
• Have a valid drivers license and active auto insurance
