Salary: $16
Assist with general shop labor, including cleaning, organizing, and preparing work areas.
Support the assembly and disassembly of components and related equipment.
Prepare parts for painting by sanding, grinding, masking, or cleaning surfaces.
Apply paint to parts and equipment using spray guns, brushes, or other painting tools as instructed.
Inspect painted surfaces for quality, consistency, and proper coverage.
Load, unload, and move materials using hand tools, power tools, or material-handling equipment.
Perform basic repairs or touch-ups on parts as needed.
Assist with radiator or heat exchanger preparation, cleaning, and maintenance tasks.
Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and shop guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organized work environment and support team members as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous general labor, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
Experience with painting or surface preparation is a plus but not required.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced industrial setting.
