Job Title: Car Sales (Commission)
Location: Montgomery, AL
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Day shift (8am-6pm) 5 days a week rotating weekends

Pay Range: $400/week + Monthly Commission after 30 Days ($15/hr for the first 30 Days)

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the car buying process.
• Leverage social media platforms to expand our customer base and promote our inventory.
• Create weekly SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT. (short videos, pictures)
• Offer in-depth knowledge of our in-house financing options, including NO-credit-check deals.
• Work your daily leads provided, make set amount of calls and text.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Strong Social Media Presence and reel making (FB, Insta, Tiktok)
• Ability to work Saturdays (required).
• Valid driver’s license.
