Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a La Crosse area warehouse and storage service and we are searching for Front Desk Coordinator to join their team.   Looking for someone with a welcoming demeanor and a can-do attitude.  This is a full time opportunity with hours Monday through Friday from 8am – 4:30pm.  Wage is starting at $17/hr.

 

 

Job duties will include:

• Coordinate and support daily office operations to keep things running smoothly
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general office correspondence
• Assist tenants with questions, requests, leasing agreements, and billing/invoicing
• Maintain and regularly update tenant databases for the mini-storage and warehouse facilities
• Monitor office supply inventory and reorder as needed to support day-to-day activities
• Oversee the cleaning crew and help maintain a clean, welcoming office environment
• Work closely with warehouse staff to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and scheduling needs

 

 

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED Preferred
• Previous front desk or administrative experience is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Familiarity with office management and basic accounting processes
• Proficiency in common office software (Microsoft Office, Outlook/Calendar, Excel, Word, etc.)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
