General Laborer - Production

Located in Tyler, TX

Salary: $13.50/hr

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a General Laborer - Production to join a local company in Tyler, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas who have openings they are looking to fill with great talent we find for them!

Responsibilities:

Racking & Preparation:

• Manually or mechanically place screws into racks

• Perform separating and gluing tasks as needed

• Dump materials into designated equipment

• Assist with basic assembly and packing tasks

Quality Control:

• Conduct routine spot checks throughout the day

• Record and maintain logs of items that fall out of tolerance

• Follow all quality guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy

Production Support:

• Work from verbal and written instructions to complete tasks correctly

• Maintain productivity standards and contribute to team goals

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work accurately and consistently

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

• Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness, and reliability

• Previous production or assembly experience is a plus, but not required

• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks as needed
