Summary:
Join a dynamic accounting team as a Payroll Clerk, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. This role offers growth opportunities and a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate time entries in payroll systems (E360, Heavy Jobs)
• Communicate with operations to resolve discrepancies
• Post time entries and verify deductions and liabilities
• Prepare and process payroll, ACH batches, and live checks
• Generate certified payroll and monthly union reports

Minimum Qualifications & Preferred Skills:

• 2+ years of payroll experience (construction industry preferred)
• Strong math and computer skills; proficiency in Word, Excel, and email
• Experience with Sage 100 and Vista systems a plus
