We are seeking an Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative for a well-established company in the industrial sector. Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and web-based systems

• Enter and manage customer orders with accuracy and efficiency

• Research pricing, product availability, and delivery timelines

• Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs

• Handle customer issues, returns, and order adjustments

• Coordinate with internal departments for quick issue resolution

• Maintain updated databases, spreadsheets, and reports

• Support Sales Account Managers and collaborate across departments

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required; Associate degree preferred

• 2–3 years of inside sales or customer service experience

• Oil & gas or industrial experience strongly preferred

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; order entry system experience a plus

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Solid math skills for pricing and calculations

• Ability to work in a team environment and handle confidential information
