We are seeking a Transportation Administrative Assistant to join our client's team. In this role, you will manage dispatch operations, communicate with customers and warehouses, and ensure timely and accurate scheduling of deliveries. If you have experience in transportation, logistics, or dispatch and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and promptly
• Monitor and manage the dispatch inbox
• Provide effective problem-solving and real-time solutions
• Communicate closely with customers and warehouses
• Perform accurate data entry
• Schedule delivery appointments
• Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in transportation, dispatch, and/or logistics required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient with email, phone systems, and scheduling tools
• Dependable, proactive, and comfortable working independently during assigned hours

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 8:00am-4:30pm
