Job Responsibilities

• Develop new business relationships through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Meet with business owners, managers, and HR professionals to understand their hiring needs.
• Present Express Employment Professionals' staffing solutions and services.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with client companies.
• Schedule and conduct outside sales appointments daily.
• Participate in local chamber events, networking groups, and community functions.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure client staffing needs are met.
• Track sales activities, maintain customer information, and follow up with prospective clients.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
• Represent Express Employment Professionals with professionalism and integrity.
