Mississauga location organization in the distribution industry is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a temporary assignment.  If you have strong data entry skills and enjoy supporting customers, this role could be for you. 

What Does the Company Offer:

• 19.00/hr. +
• Full time hours, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm, In office
• Join a fast-paced environment and learn new skills

What’s The Responsibilities of the Role:

• Respond to customer inquiry calls and emails
• Verify orders and entry into ERP system
• Uploading customer information from ERP to SAP
• Work with other CSR’s and Warehouse to ensure orders are up to date
• Follow ups with customer inquiries
• Other duties assigned by CSR Supervisor

Qualification For the Role:

• Strong data entry skills (accuracy and speed)
• Strong customer service skills
• High attention to details is a must
• Must be able to work onsite, 5 days/week
