We are currently hiring for a Part-time ADMIN ASSISTANT. This position will report to the Operations Manager and will be part-time to begin (20-25 hrs/week) then turn to full-time once the company gets busier.
Duties will include the following:
* Assist with answering phones and customer inquiries about their products
* Assist with product orders
* Assist customers with their orders and customer complaints
* Input shipping documents and assist the sales team
* Other admin duties as required

Skills Required:
* Excellent customer service skills
* Knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Good verbal and written communication skills

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 9am to 1pm (hours can be flexible)
Pay: $20-$24/hr. depending on experience
