We are currently hiring for a Part-time ADMIN ASSISTANT. This position will report to the Operations Manager and will be part-time to begin (20-25 hrs/week) then turn to full-time once the company gets busier. Duties will include the following:* Assist with answering phones and customer inquiries about their products* Assist with product orders * Assist customers with their orders and customer complaints* Input shipping documents and assist the sales team* Other admin duties as required
Skills Required:* Excellent customer service skills* Knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook* Good verbal and written communication skills
Schedule: Monday to FridayHours: 9am to 1pm (hours can be flexible)Pay: $20-$24/hr. depending on experience
