We’re looking for experienced Maintenance Technicians to join a growing property management team.
Position Details:
Day shift, flexible start between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM
8-hour workday
Competitive pay based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems (Basic HVAC, Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and more)
Troubleshoot and repair issues efficiently and safely
Respond to tenant maintenance requests with professionalism
Use technology to track and document work orders
Requirements:
3+ years of maintenance or construction experience
Proficient with hand and power tools
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
Willingness to obtain OSHA 10 certification if not already certified
