Key Responsibilities

Payroll:

• Process accurate and timely payroll.

• Maintain payroll records and update employee information.

• Verify timesheets, process garnishments, and resolve payroll discrepancies.

• Track reimbursements and expenses for traveling staff.

Human Resources:

• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

• Conduct reference checks and maintain employee files.

• Generate official HR documents and support employee orientation.

• Handle personnel issues professionally, including terminations and performance management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years payroll and HR experience.

• Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.

• Strong knowledge of payroll practices, compliance basics, and electronic timekeeping systems.

• Experience with general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations preferred.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

• Comfortable working in a practical, hands-on, on-site office environment.
