We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry & Inventory Clerk. This role involves maintaining accurate records, managing files, preparing reports, and supporting inventory control. The ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems with high accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
  • Prepare and generate reports as needed for management.
  • Assist with inventory tracking, audits, and reconciliation.
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to support operational needs.
  • Work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management is a plus.
