A busy and fast-growing manufacturer, recognized as a leading provider of innovative products and solutions within the automotive industry, is seeking a reliable and safety-focused bilingual Warehouse/Forklift Operator to join their team in Pacoima. This role plays a key part in supporting the shipping department through efficient material handling and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and stage materials safely and efficiently.
• Assist the shipping team with preparing, organizing, and processing outgoing shipments.
• Transport raw materials, finished goods, and other items throughout the warehouse as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of material movements and inventory locations.
• Inspect forklifts and equipment daily to ensure safe and proper operation.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned, including packing, labeling, or general labor tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations preferred.
• Valid forklift certification and proven forklift operating experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
