CNC Machinist

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a CNC Machinist position for a local Royse City, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or routers) to produce precision parts according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
• Perform quality checks using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Make tool offsets and adjustments to maintain accuracy and meet safety standards
• Operate CNC control panels and follow G-code instructions as needed
• Use various hand tools including wrenches, screwdrivers, and Allen keys
• Maintain tools, work areas, and equipment in clean, safe operating condition
• Follow all safety requirements and quality control procedures

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Previous experience operating CNC machines (mills, lathes, or routers)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of G-code and basic CNC programming
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and adaptable
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach
