Production Test Operator

Required Skills and qualifications:

• Experience in testing analog, digital, and RF electronic systems
• Ability to follow test instructions and perform manual testing procedures
• Possesses basic computer skills
• Demonstrates reliability, initiative, commitment, and a strong focus on quality
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to obtain clearance under the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP)

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Perform functional and system testing using ATE equipment or manual test methods
• Ensure all functionalities are tested in accordance with test documentation and that results are accurately recorded
• Complete assigned tasks within standard time frames, as directed by your manager and in line with established schedules
• Follow complex and detailed manufacturing documentation, as well as verbal and written instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly work area

Compensation

• Hourly Wage: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour with a 10% premium for the evening shift ($22.00 to $24.20 per hour) 

Schedule

You will begin on the day shift (8:00 AM–4:00 PM) for training, after which they may transition to the evening shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) based on business needs. Flexibility to switch to the evening shift when required is essential.
