Forklift Operator (1st Shift)

• Location: Bay Minette, AL   
• Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
• Pay: $17  

✅ What You’ll Do

·        Receive and process inbound freight accurately and efficiently

·        Pick and prepare orders for shipment based on customer requirements

·        Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and handling

·        Perform other assigned warehouse duties as needed

🧠 Knowledge & Requirements

·        Certified or experienced in operating forklifts

·        Ability to read, count, and perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication)

·        Legible handwriting and attention to detail

·        Familiarity with warehouse systems and technology

·        Strong focus on safety and ability to follow instructions precisely

💪 Physical Demands

• Frequent twisting, stooping, squatting, and reaching above shoulder level
• Ability to crouch and perform repetitive movements using hands and feet
• Must be able to lift at least 75 pounds using proper lifting techniques
• Capable of standing, walking, or operating machinery for extended periods (minimum 2 hours between breaks)
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment
