C-Crew Seat Assembler

Located in Simpsonville, KY

Salary: 16.50

We are currently seeking Shop Assemblers in Shelby County, KY. These are all shifts 10-hour shifts (OT available) This is an Evaluation hire position starting at $15.00 to $16.50 ph.  Interested candidates should have previous assembly or automotive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete a visual quality check of product at beginning of shift
• Completes visual checks of each part produced to ensure it meets part specifications
• Notifying material handler in a timely fashion, to make sure all stations are stocked
• Assures that all components and assemblies in assigned area are properly tagged
• Keeps work area organized, and clean
• Reports count of and dispossess of all production scrap into the appropriate scrap bin at the end of each shift. Reports discrepancies to supervisor

Requirements:

• Previous Assembly and Automotive experience
• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Forklift experience a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, squat, and twist for up to 10 hours
