Marketing Specialist

Located in Stanton, CA

Salary: $25 - $40/hr

We are is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist, Demand Generation with 3+ years of experience of demand generation campaigns strategies that drive qualified leads and revenue growth. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, leadership, and product stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about executing impactful marketing and growing the company.

 

What You'll Do:

 

Campaign Execution & Management

• Manage day-to-day campaign activities, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting on performance metrics.
• Coordinate with creative designers and build content yourself to produce compelling assets, such as landing pages, emails, ads, and promotional content.
• Test and refine campaign elements, including messaging, targeting, and delivery methods, to optimize ROI.

 

What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in demand generation, growth strategy execution, B2B marketing, search engine optimization, affiliate, influencer, or partnership marketing.
• Developed marketing campaigns on various platforms including (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, podcasts, blogs, etc.)
• Proven track record of driving measurable business growth
• Self-starter with a strategic mindset and hands-on executional ability.
• Comfortable with public speaking, presentations and engaging effectively.
